I wanted to invite you all to come out to Long Branch, New Jersey next Saturday May 10th for the Shore Institute of the Contemporary Art's (SICA) second annual Sculptoure, an Urban Sculpture Park throughout the city. The park will be opened with our Sculpt festival. The all-free, day long event will be kicked off at SICA's gallery at 10 am with High Relief, a state-wide High School Sculpture show. Simultaneously, at Pier Village, sign-ups for our Sand Sculpture Competition will begin. Throughout the afternoon, we will have music from the Car Music Project, dancing from the Human Kinetic Dance Company, Wigstock, Living Sculptures, Body Sculpture, and loads of demonstrations, including blacksmithing, stone, wood, wheel throwing and others! It will be a fun day for the whole family. Check out http://www.sica.org for more info, or you can also contact me.
As you walk around checking out the art, be sure to find mine- it's off Broadway and Second Streets
Hope to see you on Saturday!
Joy to you all!
