ACTIONS REQUIRED: (DEADLINE JANUARY 25TH)

WOMEN AND THE ENVIRONMENT
Email all forms to Virginia Maksymowicz, and mail all checks for ($5 per piece, up to 3) to:

1. Although you should mail your checks to the address
below, please remember to make them out to the Women's
Caucus for Art (NOT to Virginia personally).

2. Email all digital submissions to Molly Crowley (100 dpi, not large files) (DEADLINE JANUARY 25TH)

3. Bring all physical pieces to the February 11th meeting.

We need a RSVP from you if you would like to particpate (DEADLINE JANUARY 25TH). RSVP to phila_wca@yahoo.com. Dues must be current for 2009 to participate.

Weave a Real Peace (WARP) serves as a catalyst for improving the quality of life of textile artisans in communities-in-need.

We provide information and networking opportunities to individuals and organizations who value the social, cultural, historic, and artistic importance of textiles around the world.

At the Welcoming Place near Lancaster PA (and the home of 10,000 villages)

Molly Crowley of Rubia and WCA-Philadelphia will be speaking about Rubia, their work in Afghanistan and the Collaborative project with the Philadelphia Women's Caucus for Arts which resulted in the creation of the Women Helping women, Stitch by Stitch Quilt and Exhibition.
