Call for Art: Florida Chapter
CALL FOR ART! Literally!
New Member's Annual Exhibit- “LITERAL IMAGES” for Women's Caucus for Art, Fl.
Theme: ‘Literal Images’ (artwork that includes any words/verbal imagery/ poetry/ verse, etc) Open to all mediums and sizes.
Opening date: August 1, 2010 which includes an Art Hanging Party/ Open House from 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm
Location: Maitland Public Library, 501 S Maitland Ave, Maitland, FL 32751-5672, ph.(407) 647-7700
Submission: Artwork to be delivered at 1 pm to Maitland Public Library for selection process. Exhibit limited to approximately 20 works of art depending on size of artwork.
Additionally, small three dimensional art work can be submitted for possible selection for display case. Please supply a business card, title of work and pricing at time of submission.
The library is also open to artists bringing their own pedestals.
Cost: There is no cost to submit work for the exhibit. You must be a member of Women's Caucus for Art (a national organization dedicated to supporting women in the arts).

You may bring application with your artworks. Upon RSVP’s, we will know how many works you can submit.

Bonnie MacAllister is a multimedia performance artist. She has performed at the New York Foundation of Arts and the Cat Cat Club in Paris, and her plays have been staged at the Shubin Theatre, Adrienne Theatre, and the Philadelphia Fringe Festival. Her artwork has been exhibited internationally including in Galeria 6 in Mexico, the Utopia Library in Italy, and the Delaware Art Museum.
