Irving Sandler Database:

A few reminders about the Artists File:
If you are a new member of the WCA, one of your benefits is to join the Irving Sandler Database –an artist file online. Please go to the following website and once completed, email us at phila_wca@yahoo.com so we can update our blog with your file.

To access the Irving Sandler Database go to: http://afonline.artistsspace.org/. Once you have uploaded at least 2 artwork images to your page, the Artists File Coordinator will briefly review and publish your portfolio. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks
for this process.

-As a renewing member: It is important that you keep your contact information up-to-date, particularly your email as this is the primary method by which curators will get in touch with you! You can log-in to your Artists File at any time to update your contact information. (http://afonline.artistsspace.org/login.php)

-We recommend you update your Artists File Online portfolio regularly. Please note that if you have not updated your portfolio page in 2 years, you will be automatically removed from the database. You will receive a warning email a month before this happens. .

If you are having trouble or have questions about the Artists File, please visit the Frequently Asked Questions page first. (http://www.artistsspace.org/faq.html)
If you still have a question you may email the Artists File Coordinator at artfile@artistsspace.org or call the Artists File between 10am - 6pm on Fridays and Saturdays at 212-226-3970 ext. 308.

Thank you for your participation!
