Call for Artisans

November 5, 2011

time:  9am to 5pm with set up at 7am.  Breakdown will be promptly at 5pm, no exceptions.  No early breakdowns allowed.

Artisans will provide their own set ups, however we do have tables available for rent at ten dollars per table.  Out door vendors are required to have a covered tent as there will be no rain date.

Location:  The Tall Cedars Club, Germantown Pike, West of the Greater Norristown Art League.  It's right next door.

ELIGIBILITY:

Open to producers of fine original crafts and fine art work of clay, fiber, food, metal, wood, glass, paper, photography and painting.

Work must be current.

FEE:

A non-refundable application fee must be included with application:

$25.00 members/$30.00 non-members  Indoor spots with you own set ups.  There will be tables available for rent @ ten dollars (10) per table.

$20 members/$25 non-members for outdoor spots with your own tent.  No rain cancellation so tents are required for outdoor setups.

Please do not mail cash.

Paypal will be accepted with an additional $5 charge.  Contact Mary at Mary@lozinak.com for a paypal invoice.

SET UP:  Set up will start promptly at 7am.  By agreeing to participate in this event you are agreeing to stay with your work throughout the event and not to break down your area until the end of the show at 5pm.  No exceptions please.

JURIED BY COMMITTEE:

The number of artists will be limited in each category. Applications will be considered on a ‘first-come first-serve’ basis per category.

Artists are asked to submit five photos representing their craft.  Artists may refer the jury to a website that clearly displays artist’s work.

Include a brief resume and/or artist’s statement.
