Sabra Moore’s new book, Openings: A Memoir from the Women’s Art Movement, New York
City, 1970-1992 has just been published. Sabra was active with the Women’s Caucus for Art (she was president of the NYC Chapter), the Women’s Action Coalition (WAC) and Heresies. She now lives in Abiquiú, NM.
Sabra has been traveling across the country on a speaking tour. At the launch event at Rizzoli's bookstore in Chelsea, NYC, Sabra (center) moderated a panel discussion with (left to right) Marina Gutierrez, Patricia Spears Jones, Cecilia Vicuña, Bibi Lencek, Kazuko Minamoto, and Janet Goldner.
