The 2nd Annual Lehigh Avenue Arts Festival will feature a diverse collection of local artists, restaurant/food vendors and businesses. There will be fun for the whole family with fantastic art to view and buy with a great selection of culinary treats to choose from and local businesses to show the community what they have to offer. Featuring for the day is live local music, fire breathing after dark and lots of fun for the children including sand art, face painting and much more.
We are looking for more local Artists, Crafters, Food Vendors and Businesses to participate in this Community Extravaganza.
Saturday September 12th
12 noon – 6pm
Rain Date: September 13th
Location: East Lehigh Avenue between Livingston and Belgrade Streets,Belgrade and Miller Streets, Miller Street and Aramingo Avenue.
Artists Vendors ******* Food Vendors*******Businesses
Vendor spaces will be provided for a donation as follows:
$25.00 for a 10’ x 23’ Curbside space
$35.00 for a 10’ x 11’ Center of the street space (space limited)
Vendor Set-Up Time is 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM
Vendor parking is available on Belgrade Street (between Lehigh and Somerset Sts.)
Please send your check or money order to reserve your spot no later than Saturday, August 22nd to the:

Early Bird Special Offer: Save $5.00 if you pay by Saturday, August 15th.
All vendors are responsible for:
· Providing your own table to display and sell.
· Set-up, breakdown, cleanup, trash removal of your site.
· Food vendors are responsible for maintaining proper business permits, Health Department Certifications and any necessary equipment, that may apply to food vending.
All Net Proceeds will be donated by the Portside Arts Center and the Green Rock Tavern for
Creative Arts Instruction Scholarships for children of limited resources.
This event is sponsored by the Portside Arts Center and the Green Rock Tavern.
During and following the 2nd Annual LAAF there will be live music inside the Green Rock Tavern.
